AL KARMOSTAJI TRADING ENTERPRISES (trading as KARMOSTAJI TRADING LLC) ("we", "us", "our") operates the BeastPay payment platform.
We do NOT collect or store raw credit card numbers, CVV codes, expiry dates, OTP codes, or 3D Secure challenge data. All card data is processed directly by our payment partners (MoonPay, Plisio, Stripe, Transak) through their PCI-compliant hosted widgets and iframes.
We may collect: email addresses (for receipts), transaction amounts, cryptocurrency wallet addresses (for settlement), and IP addresses (for fraud prevention).
• Process payments and crypto settlements
• Send transaction receipts and confirmations
• Prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions
• Comply with UAE commercial regulations
All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (us-central1) with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain transaction records for the period required by UAE law.
We use MoonPay, Plisio, Stripe, and Transak for payment processing. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing card data handling. We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what is required for payment processing.
