These Terms govern your use of the BeastPay payment platform operated by AL KARMOSTAJI TRADING ENTERPRISES (KARMOSTAJI TRADING LLC), Dubai License 200100.

1. Services

BeastPay facilitates the purchase of cryptocurrency (SOL, USDT, etc.) using fiat currency (AED, USD, INR) via integrated payment providers including MoonPay, Plisio, and others.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, not use the service for illegal activities, and comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

3. Payments & Settlement

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Settlement times vary by provider (typically 10-30 minutes for crypto). We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, blockchain networks, or banking systems.

4. Refunds

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 24 hours of transaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

AL KARMOSTAJI TRADING ENTERPRISES is not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network issues, provider downtime, market volatility, or user error in providing wallet addresses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.
